SHIPPING

Shipping: Actë Nation offers FREE worldwide shipping via DHL Express on ALL orders. Orders are shipped from Luxembourg (Europe). Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

DHL Express: Shipping duration is 24-48 hours on business days, from the moment your parcel has left our warehouse to the moment it has reached its destination. All orders are fully traceable through the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond the provided delivery estimates.

Order Processing: All orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

Duties & Taxes: Shipping outside of the European Union may incur additional fees or costs associated with import or customs fees. Each country has different rules for import and custom fees so we advise to check which apply to your country. Packages may need to be opened going through customs. Please note that Actë Nation is not responsible for the packaging if this occurs.

Split Shipping: Orders containing pre-ordered items will be shipped when all items are available for shipment. 

RETURNS

European Returns: Actë Nation accepts returns of unworn and unused products within 30 days of shipment. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be applied to your original payment method - we will charge 14€ for the shipping fee.

International Returns: Actë Nation does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international orders are final. Please reach out to contact@acte-nation.com if you need further assistance.

How to make a return: Just email us at contact@acte-nation.com including your order number and we'll arrange the return for you.

Sale Items: Discounted items (incl. orders with promo codes) can be refunded.

Lost returns: If you choose to use your own shipping method to send your return back, Actë Nation is not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to help prevent this. Actë Nation is not responsible for recovering the return. For all other lost returns, please email us at contact@acte-nation.com

Exchanges: Actë Nation does not accept exchanges. Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
